Smart Pet Product Factory & Quality Control

Direct answer: Quality-control scope is defined by product and order. It can include incoming-material review, assembly and function checks, aging tests where applicable, packaging inspection and final batch review; model-specific compliance evidence is confirmed for the target market. Request model-specific documentation.

Compliance answer: Product compliance is configuration- and market-specific. Before ordering, match the exact model, wireless module, power adapter, labeling and packaging version to the applicable reports and declarations.

Official references: European Commission CE marking guidance, European Commission RoHS guidance, and FCC equipment authorization guidance.

Our Facility

Vertically integrated manufacturing

Production Floor

Injection molding and assembly capacity is scheduled according to confirmed production plans.

Assembly Line

Component and final assembly include inspection points defined by the applicable quality plan.

Testing Lab

Available test scope and supporting reports are confirmed for each product and target market.

Packaging Area

Retail-ready packaging, labeling and palletization requirements are reviewed per order.

Warehouse

Inventory and storage arrangements are confirmed for the relevant project and order plan.

Engineering Office

Engineering coordination can cover mechanical, electronics and firmware requirements according to project scope.

Injection Molding

In-house plastic injection molding department with tooling design, CNC machining and mold maintenance capability.

PCB Assembly

SMT (Surface Mount Technology) assembly lines with AOI (automated optical inspection) for PCB quality verification.

Final Assembly

Assembly is organized by product category, with technicians following documented work instructions.

In-house Testing

EMC pre-compliance testing lab, reliability testing (drop, vibration, temperature cycling) and app connectivity validation.

Packaging & Logistics

Dedicated packaging line for retail-ready box assembly, FBA labeling, palletization and container loading.

R&D & Engineering

Engineering coordination can cover mechanical, electronics, firmware, app and industrial-design requirements according to project scope.

Quality Control

7-stage QC process

IQC — Incoming Quality Control

All incoming components tested against specification before entering production: PCBs, motors, sensors, plastics, packaging materials.

PCB AOI Inspection

Automated optical inspection after PCB assembly detects solder defects, missing components and polarity errors.

Functional Testing

Functional testing is performed according to the approved quality-control plan, covering applicable items such as motor operation, sensor response, connectivity, app pairing and safety functions.

Appearance Inspection

Visual inspection criteria for surface finish, color consistency, logo printing and packaging are agreed per project. AQL-based sampling can be arranged when specified in the order.

Reliability Testing

Sample units from each batch undergo drop test (1.2m), vibration test and 72-hour continuous operation burn-in test.

Packaging Check

Carton labeling, FNSKU verification, accessory completeness and shipping mark confirmation before boxing.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Final random sampling inspection (AQL 2.5) before container loading. Third-party PSI available on request.

Buyer Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does one certificate cover every product variant?

No assumption should be made. Coverage depends on the exact product, components, wireless module, adapter, labeling and destination market. Buyers should verify that a report or declaration identifies the configuration they intend to purchase.

What compliance information should an RFQ include?

State the destination country, sales channel, product model, wireless functions, power configuration, branding and any retailer-specific test or document requirements. This allows the applicable documentation path to be reviewed early.

Can buyers request test reports before bulk production?

Buyers can request the available model-specific reports and declarations for review. If the intended configuration or market is outside the existing scope, any additional testing, samples, cost and schedule should be confirmed before production.

Is CE marking an approval issued by the European Union?

No. Official EU guidance explains that CE marking is the manufacturer’s declaration that applicable EU requirements have been met; it is not an EU safety approval. The applicable rules and conformity route depend on the product.
