Do you offer OEM/ODM customization services?
Yes, we provide full OEM/ODM solutions: custom colors, logo printing, packaging design and product mold development.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, samples are available. Sample fees are charged at cost. Samples are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days.
What is your standard production lead time?
Customized orders take 15-25 days depending on the complexity of your requirements. Please consult our sales staff for specific timings.
What is your product warranty policy?
All our pet products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. We will replace defective products free of charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer).
